Last weekend, Santa Cruz archers held their second annual Trad shoot. For those of us single string shooters, this is one of the best events of the year. They run their courses in reverse, so that distances are all unknown. They have some very creative setups, shooting from a boat, birds off trees, a flying pig and some other novelties.
A taco truck was brought in for lunch and the weather couldn’t have been nicer.
A great day of shooting was topped off when our Diablo participants, Josef Dolai, Carla Bray, and Jon & Katie Styrlund, all topped their respective categories.
