Diablo Bowmen organizes archery in Girl Scout’s 100th anniversary event.

On May 5, 2012, the Northern California Girl Scouts celebrated its 100th anniversary on Pleasanton Fairgrounds.  21,000 girls attended the event. At least 2,500 held a bow and shot an arrow that day.  The program was organized by Diablo Bowmen, Extreme Archery, Girls Scouts of America, and volunteers from various archery clubs in Northern California.

Chamberlin Ranch Traditional Rendezvous 2010

This clip shows Tracy, Phil, Ade, Phil Jr, Ram and Rick on one of the targets in the 2010 Chamberlin Ranch Traditional Rendezvous.  The target was a grizzly bear leaning on a tree stump at about 45 yards.  The targets were at unmarked distances so the range is an estimate.

The shoot was held on April 2010 at the ranch, which is located just outside Los Olivos (near Solvang, CA).

This was a 2 day shoot and is on the same scale as Rancho Neblina.
